You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use PhotoKunda, and you agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, resize, and display your content so we can operate and promote the service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload.

Don't upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually exploitative, and don't harass other members, scrape the service, or attempt to disrupt it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe. Reported content may be reviewed by our moderators.

PhotoKunda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
